Batch: 2025
After the overwhelming success of our first edition Whisky Symphony Gueuze, we decided to make a new batch. The difference compared to the first batch? The lambic aged for 8 months on whiskey barrels had an average age of three years, while our previous batch consisted of two-year-old lambic.
Crafted with patience and passion, our Whisky Symphony Gueuze resonates with the rich depth of whisky barrels, orchestrating a complex symphony of flavors. As our first batch was sold out immediately, we made a new limited edition in 750ml champagne of only 1.200 bottles.
