The success of our Patience Special Blond inspired us to experiment and so we combined it with lambic to make a tasty aperitif beer. The Eylenbosch Wild Blond is a unique 7% blended beer. The beer consists of 1/3 Eylenbosch Lambic and 2/3 Patience for Eylenbosch Special Blond. This blend has matured for over one year on oak foeder. It is a refreshing aperitif beer with a complex, floral and wild character. Ideal for any occasion.
