Besides the classic high fermentation and lambic beers, we also have a first special on the market. We had already produced high fermentation beers and spontaneous fermentation beers and wanted to merge the two worlds.

For this successful experiment, we blended 2/3 Patience Special Blonde with 1/3 of the finest lambics and then allowed this mixture to continue maturing in oak barrels for at least 6 months.

After re-fermentation in bottle, it is now possible to taste this perfect blend between 2 universes. A fresh-sour, full-bodied, culinary beer. Cheers!
