A tasty beer requires love, craftmanship …and patience. That most certainly is true for Old Gueuze and Kriek. The first lambic has been brewed and is aging in oak barrels, but we won’t be able to taste the new Eylenbosch Gueuze until early 2021.

In the meantime, Eylenbosch must of course not be a brewery without beer. and so here’s a treat for you: our first new beer, appropriately named ‘Patience for Eylenbosch’, a 5.5 % ‘Saison’, which is a typical Walloon beer that used to be drunk by seasonal workers in the field, a bit like Lambic. In this way, the beer perfectly matches the authentic narrative that Eylenbosch wants to bring to beer lovers. But until that moment …a little bit of patience.
