After the overwhelming success of our first batch of Old Lambic, we decided to release a second batch. Several two-, three- and four-year-old lambics were blended and bottled in just 2,000 37.5cl bottles. This refreshing and complex beer forms the basis of all our Eylenbosch lambic beers and comes straight from the barrel. . It is therefore a flat lambic, with no refermentation in the bottle. You will find aromas of green apple, pineapple, grapefruit and wood.
